Sandor Zombori always dreamed of opening a restaurant, and Sandor's, a tiny eatery with a big reputation, is the fulfillment of that dream. Located in a shingle-covered beach house across from the ocean, the restaurant has a strong regional following. Eastern European specialties find their way onto the menu dominated by such classical fare as poached salmon over truffle-laced polenta and a rack of lamb with Madeira reduction and beluga lentils. Desserts change often. Do call ahead---the restaurant only seats 20 and those chairs are reserved with a credit card.
