Santa Fe Bar & Grill Restaurant Review

: Santa Fe Bar & Grill falls into the category of casual and easy. It's a good place to go for chips and salsa with friends, or loaded sandwiches and salads for a light lunch or dinner. For a locals' take on the Cobb salad, order the Santa Fe Cobb, which adds jícama, poblano peppers, cotija cheese and tortilla strips to the typical mix of grilled chicken breast, bacon, tomatoes and romaine. Plenty of New Mexican specialties populate the menu, such as the blue corn vegetable enchiladas and the roasted poblano chile relleno. Though the restaurant tries to amp up the atmosphere with a fountain outside and bright artwork on the walls, it's a laid-back place through and through. After lunch or dinner, swing by the DeVargas Mall Cinema and catch a flick, many of which are indie.
