Seasons could have been Paris signature restaurant if it were not already thriving inside Ballys Las Vegas, Paris sister hotel. With glittering gold and crystal chandeliers, walls accented with gold, secluded draped booths and period furniture, youll think Versailles. The menu changes with the seasons and might feature an extravagant fresh seafood platter, a terrine of Sonoma foie gras, plus imaginative preparations of day boat or diver scallops and Maine lobster bisque. Creative sauces and garnishes always complement the pan-roasted Maine lobster, salmon broiled on a cedar plank, medallions of veal and filet of beef. The Grand Marnier napoleon layered with orange-brandy custard is a luscious finale.
