Sesame Burgers & Beer Restaurant Review: Park Circle, among North Charleston's best reviving neighborhoods, is home to one of the most creative hamburger joints around. These guys don’t make a big fuss about being fresh and local, they just do it. Each of the many burger toppers may be applied to a tasty black bean burger that’s bound with just the right amount of falafel mix, a turkey burger, or a house-made hot dog that is rustic and rich, a chicken sandwich or a good, old-fashioned beef burger. Topping possibilities include a straightforward bacon and cheddar adornment to the more exotic beet and poached egg. The appetizer menu includes onion rings with a marinated corn topping that slings just a whiff of Southwestern tang, while sides line up sweet potato fries and a simple cucumber salad that makes a good partner for a burger. And if you’re looking for something spicy, try the mahi mahi taco. The quaff of choice is, of course, any of the lovely imported and exotic brews available.
