THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Shanghai Cafe Restaurant Review

: You may come for the weekend dim sum, only to find that you can’t turn down a whole slew of menu items, including a limited assortment of Japanese sushi and sashimi. You undoubtedly will ponder long and hard between the Lion’s Head stew and sesame beef; in fact, the length of the menu may bog you down. Many of the dishes are not standard fare, so plan to experiment with Shanghai-style cold sesame noodles, crispy walnuts and crispy chicken to start. Move on to big-dish items like shredded chicken with spicy pickled vegetables and shrimp in chili sauce. For a real taste adventure, consider ordering most dishes prepared Shanghai-style, a way of cooking not often found in these parts. To make lunchtimes easier for office workers, the restaurant has a special combination menu for easy ordering and quick service.
