Lorenzo Wyche's triple crown is complete. The owner of Harlem Bar and Rare has launched a third completely different enterprise. Wyche and team have updated the breakfast formula while keeping it thoroughly traditional. Lots of local ingredients surface such as Georgia pork sausage, bacon, chicken sausage and turkey sausage, along with Glover Family Farms grits from near Douglasville, Ga. Simple pancakes and omelets are enhanced by such dishes as a savory New Orleans bread pudding with shrimp and poached eggs. You may have only thought of bread pudding as a sweet dish, but savory versions are a tradition in the South. After 11 a.m., the menu adds lunch components to its roster, including very good macaroni and cheese, collard greens, and a tasty take on South Carolina hoppin' John---all designed to accompany turkey meatloaf.
