Sound Bites Restaurant Review:

The lines out the door every weekend morning say it all: this is one of the best breakfast joints around, or at least one of the most interesting. Pancakes and waffles with fresh fruit are as famous as the Moroccan eggs topped with a dash of cumin. Omelets are as fluffy and nearly as big as pillows, filled with playful combos. Try the Tunisian (made with olives, feta, tomatoes and scallions) or the cilantro-and-pepperjack omelet topped with sour cream. Post-breakfast, the Middle Eastern lunch menu is solid, if not quite as special. Dinners feature pizzas, pastas, steak tips, falafel, salads, burgers and sandwiches. Desserts include baklava and tiramisu, but we like the rich chocolate cake served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
