The mass gourmet coffee culture craze that swept the country in large part has Starbucks to thank, a Seattle sensation that spread like a wildfire. There’s a good selection of baked goods---from eight-grain rolls to donuts---to go with that latte, espresso, frappuccino or regular cup of Joe; some locations sell warm food, too. To top it off, the chain is socially conscious---it purchases sustainable beans. Unfortunately, sometimes it feels as though staffers are doing you a favor by waiting on you. Some nights, this location stays open until 8 p.m.
