Tempting meatless fare includes a tofu scramble loaded with broccoli, mushrooms, Jack cheese and tahini sauce for breakfast; and for lunch, get the Stella's Special, a sandwich on homemade herb bread slathered with pesto mayo and piled high with grilled eggplant, roasted garlic, sweet red peppers, feta cheese, cucumbers and lettuce. At night, comfort food awaits, like roasted chicken with creamed corn and mashed potatoes, or the hearty vegetarian shepherd's pie with root veggies, potato and cheese baked in a puff pastry crust.
