He has carved out for himself a totally unexpected niche --- the donut. These takes on donuts are so impressive, a gentleman visiting Atlanta convinced Grant to let him open a franchise in Bangkok. From the dulce de leche to the s’mores with its marshmallow filling in the donut hole, the donuts leave the ordinary behind and embrace flavors and styles from a variety of sources. Salted caramel gets some tang from reduced balsamic vinegar; several are fashioned as burgers.
