| Sullivan's sets itself apart from other steakhouses by offering a side of live entertainment. With tasteful dark wood paneling and contemporary sconce lighting, the bar area is reminiscent of a Las Vegas lounge, with the blues-jazz stage area set high above the bottles of booze. You’ve come to the right place if you crave a certified Angus New York strip, porterhouse, filet mignon or the house specialty, a 20-ounce bone-in Kansas City strip. Chop aficionados can have their choice of pork, lamb or veal, while those with lighter appetites will appreciate the tarragon chicken breast, salmon or tuna. There’s fried shrimp, too. Sides are what you would expect: creamed spinach, broccoli with hollandaise, sautéed mushrooms and several variations on potatoes. Don't miss the horseradish-mashed potatoes. |
