Sushi Bushido Restaurant Review: Innovative ingredients are teamed with the usual subjects for creative, tasty rolls. The Lava roll, a medley of scallop, crab and shrimp, rolled with yellowtail, cucumber, avocado and gobo, wrapped with fresh salmon and baked in a delectable sauce is especially memorable. Another star: the open-face Waialeale roll, with its mix of unagi, yellowtail, cream cheese and sweet egg omelet. Crispy crab salad is topped with tempura soft-shell crab, and the grilled rib-eye is tender. Live music and contemporary décor make this a smart, noisy and often very busy restaurant.
