Sylvia's Enchilada Kitchen Restaurant Review: Sylvia’s Enchilada Kitchen is as warm and charming as owner Sylvia Casares. Chips and salsa arrive at the table promptly after being seated. The menu is full of intriguing house specialties---all of which would excite any Tex-Mex food lover. You could fill up on the cheesy queso dip and the big margaritas, but you'll want to save room for the enchilada stars. Choices include classics such as Crystal City spinach enchiladas with a tomatillo sauce and Mexico City enchiladas verdes with salsa verdes and sour cream. Casares’s chocolate tres leches is a light and well-done finale. |
