Syzygy has as its namesake the alignment of three or more heavenly bodies. Thomas Fritz is now the executive chef. Appetizers may include Berkshire pork ravioli or tian of jumbo lump crab, basil avocado mousse, ruby red grapefruit and fresh mango while entrées might range from roasted elk tenderloin and Colorado rack of lamb to shrimp wrapped with Dover sole. The extensive wine list offers more than 500 French, Italian and American wines. Syzygy offers live jazz on the weekends.
