THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Talde Restaurant Review:

"Top Chef" veteran Dale Talde has brought his Far East-meets-American cuisine to South Beach with the second outpost of his namesake Brooklyn hot-spot. Nestled at The Confidante Miami Beach, the restaurant has a vibe that is utterly cool (think long psychedelic corridor entrance, dim lighting and noodle graffiti), the drinks are potent, and the chow fun. Speaking of, order the chow fun (noodles with braised pork shank and pickled mustard greens) or any one of the other noodles (crispy oyster and bacon pad thai, anyone?). Everything has some type of twist or unorthodox flavor combination, like the pretzel pork and chive dumplings and the Korean fried chicken with spicy kimchi yogurt and grapes. If you're in need of a nightcap (liquid and edible), get your fix with the late-night (Thursday through Saturday from midnight till 4 a.m.) tater tots and noodles. Wash it down with the Green Lighting (house-infused green tea vodka, green tea, cucumber and lime). For a grand finale, Talde's only dessert is a version of the Filipino classic halo-halo, a shaved ice sundae with condensed milk, coconut, pineapple, lemongrass, tapioca and Cap’n Crunch.
