Taqueria Corona Restaurant Review: Taquería Corona’s fried fish and tongue tacos are hard to beat. Marinated pork, beef, chicken and shrimp are always sizzling on the grills. Combination platters, loaded with frijoles and yellow rice, are a skinflint's delight. For a finish, try the vanilla cheesecake with banana rolled in a flauta with strawberry sauce, lightly dusted with powdered sugar and cinnamon, although the Mexican rice pudding may be calling your name. Ceviche is a Friday through Saturday special. Quaffs include the usual domestic and imported (Mexican) beers, some mixed drinks, sangría and margaritas made with freshly squeezed lime juice.
