Owned by the family behind Quintero's in Makiki, Taqueria La Michoacana brings the taste of Mexico's high plains to Honolulu. There are staples like burritos, tacos and tamales, but also specials like a rich hominy-studded pozole soup and tripe stew (available on Friday and Saturday only).
