Taste @ Hong Kong is a large, bustling restaurant offering authentic Chinese cooking in the heart of Chantilly. The food scores points for its authentic flavors and the kitchen for serving portions fit for the crowds pouring in. You won’t find dim sum, but you will discover a lengthy menu of Cantonese and other regional fare, including roast pork and roast duck, dumplings of every sort, and loads of stir-fried vegetables. If you like the exotic, try the fried spicy squid salad or sea cucumber intestines. If you drop by at lunchtime, you can pick up such specials as beef with bitter melon, kung pao chicken, and roasted duck listed as “clay pot rice.” Management does offer beer and wine, but you won't find an extensive listing. Stick with the hot tea instead.
