Ted's Butcherblock Restaurant Review

: New Jersey native Ted Dombrowski brings upscale product and Old World flavors to food-obsessed Charlestonians. Enormous old-fashioned counters are loaded with house-made pâtés and sausages, and organic meats from eco-sensitive farms like Painted Hills. These and a variety of locally sourced veggies can be found tucked into inspired panini and sandwiches. Signature soups such as cannellini bean and kale change monthly. Ted's holds wine tastings during the weekly $20 Friday night dinner, and on Saturdays, grills an "ultimate burger" of house-ground chuck and brisket with the topping of the day. If the schedule permits, Ted's will deliver orders with a minimum $30 tab.
