| Temazcal Tequila Cantina, translated as “house of heat,” has introduced the Seaport District’s Liberty Wharf to upscale Mexican cuisine with dishes like guacamole langosta (lobster, avocado, tomato, onion, cilantro and Serrano chilies) available from the restaurant’s Mayan, Aztec and Yucatan influenced menu, which is presented on an iPad. If you are coming with a large party, don’t miss the lechon asado, a whole roast suckling pig carved tableside nightly. Pair an authentic dish with an extra-rare tequila from one of more than 300 options available. The expansive restaurant has been decorated with chandeliers imported from Mexico and glassware from Guadalajara. The wine list offers some distinctive bottles from boutique California vintners. Grab a margarita or tequila on the rocks and head out to the patio for one of the best views in the city overlooking Boston Harbor. |
