Outdoor dining at the pool is a popular mild-climate option. Appealing breakfast starters include seasonal berries with Kendall Farms crème fraîche. Among imaginative preparations of traditional breakfast favorites are chocolate banana french toast---a chocolate brioche with banana custard and raspberries---and Maine lobster Benedict with a potato waffle, asparagus, bacon and poached eggs.
