| Tacos, burritos, nachos, fajitas, quesadillas, and enchiladas are the Tex-Mex foods offered at this trio of clean, fast-food family restaurants. You can order them in all sizes and combinations, like the Fat Boy Burrito with the works, or a Texas Super Sampler of tacos, tostada, rice and beans, but best of all are the fajitas, either flank steak or chicken breast, grilled to order and served with warm flour tortillas made before your eyes. A salsa bar stocked with sauces, relishes, diced onions, tomatoes, and jalapeños elevate the tastier items, and add punch to some of the blander ones (like the enchiladas). A half-dozen Mexican beers are served in bottles, a couple of others on tap; mock margaritas, made from wine, are available by the pitcher or glass. |
