Thai Sticks Restaurant Review: Thai Sticks features a breezy setting with lots of windows, hardwood floors and crisp pale linens. But while it's a Zen-like space in which to enjoy mild or spicy contemporary Thai food, choose your heat level carefully, because "hot" is not intended for the timid. Start with the artistically garnished platter of steamed chicken and vegetable dumplings served with a gingery dipping sauce. One of the house specialties is the tamarind duck, a crisp-roasted half duck on a bed of fresh vegetables, peppers, mushrooms and pineapple. The carefully chosen wine list stands right up to this wine-challenging cuisine.
