THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Timone's Restaurant Review:

Timone's was conceived as a pizzeria and neighborhood joint, and purveys pies that are theoretically New York style. The super-thin crust, chewy yet tender, is made from high-gluten King Arthur flour. We especially like the white pizza, with its topping of homemade ricotta, mozzarella and romano, along with white sauce. It's one of the classics, as is the margherita. Clam pie with Calabrese peppers and kale hit us a bit hard in the heat department, but for pepper lovers it might seem spot on. House-made corned beef and roast beef --- there's also roasted turkey and pastrami --- show bundles of taste. Breakfast fans will applaud the bagels. There may be a New York touch to these flavors, but Ron Eyester still has the good judgment to offer grits, house-made pimento cheese, which may be tucked into an omelet, and sausage gravy. On Saturdays, get the fried chicken biscuit. Salads are available, too.
