Timpano Italian Chophouse Restaurant Review: Timpano Italian Chophouse highlights panini and pastas at lunch; flatbreads, steaks and pastas at night; and several seafood and chef’s selections. Flatbreads let you pretend you are eating a hearty pizza with cheesy-herbed toppings, but minus the heavy crust. Instead, wisps of crisp baked bread serve as the base for several different topping choices --- the four-cheese mix is probably the best version. For dinner, try the wild veal and mushroom pasta with its generous mix of sautéed and seasoned mushrooms. Salads range from the expected Caesar to a chopped salad with lots of Italian add-ons.
