| Comfort food and Tex-Mex with a twist are staples of the Tin Star menu. That, along with the efficient counter service, keeps the place hopping. Soft tacos are the most popular items. Stuffed with a savory roasted pork slathered with a piquant sautéed jalapeño and red onion or made in true north-of-the-border fashion as cheeseburger tacos served in traditional combos with bacon, mushrooms, blue cheese or Swiss, all are made from scratch and served piping hot. Freshly made salads ranging from Thai chicken to a classic Cobb along with fajitas, quesadillas and few of its own concoctions like chipotle-chicken scallopine, a fusion dish if ever there was one, round out the menu. |
