Within the confines of a filling station lie the makings of an excellent barbecue experience. Décor is limited to the logo: a pink pig hoisting a pint of beer, yet no alcohol is served. Grab a table and peruse the menu. We suggest the ribs, which come well-seasoned and showing the pink smoke ring that attests to long, slow smoking. Get the plate so you can order some of the Brunswick stew, full of meat and boasting a light but flavorful broth. We thought the collard greens lacked seasoning. Pulled pork and other sandwiches also are offered, including Memphis style with coleslaw. A variety of fruit cobblers for dessert round out the meal. Breakfast --- think biscuits and fixin's --- six days a week starts at 6 a.m. Catered orders can be delivered for a fee, but not individual orders.
