THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Tony Lin's Restaurant Review:

Tony Lin's is one of the grand old dames of DC's suburban Chinese restaurants. The menus list assorted offbeat items not likely to turn up in Chinese-American eateries, everything from pork tripe and sour cabbage soup to pigeon in light sauce and five flavor squid. More conventional dishes may include lamb with scallions, three-cup chicken, and Hunan wontons. If you are not feeling experimental, you can simply stick with such familiar eats as sweet-and-sour chicken, orange beef and wonton soup, but then you'd be missing out on enjoying many of China's more intriguing flavors and textures. Our favorite? The yellow bird offering, which is really bean curd skins wrapped around a chopped vegetable filling. Among the specials you will find Korean style clear noodles and pork belly with steamed bread. Note that the restaurant delivers locally and caters.
