Top Shelf Mexican Food & Cantina Restaurant Review: Think "healthy Mexican food" is an oxymoron? Think again. Top Shelf is tops in food that tastes good --- and can be good for you. The menu is divided into two sides: one for gluttons, the other for fit fanatics. Light and healthy selections proudly display their nutritional counts and promise less than ten grams of fat per serving. Both menus offer the usual Mexican favorites, and you may have a hard time telling if your dish is from the fit or fat side. Who’d have thought a chimichanga could be “light” for example, but here it is, as onions and peppers mixed with beans and tomatoes, baked in a flour tortilla, topped with green sauce and lite cheese for 414 calories.
