V Fine Thai Dining Restaurant Review: Vila Jarrell and her husband, Redman, are passionate about dining; they want guests to enjoy a full experience. This becomes apparent the moment you walk through the lovely patio, decorated with Buddhas, murals and leafy plants. It’s also evident as you read the menu, with appetizers like pan-seared wild ahi with papaya salad and crying tiger steak salad. Entrées include a house specialty called rama chicken, where a tender breast is grilled, topped with a delectable peanut sauce and served with sautéed spinach. The beef panang, which comes in a choice of three cuts, pairs Prime Angus beef with Chinese broccoli, curry sauce and lemon grass. The wine program is surprisingly sophisticated and varied with sommeliers at the ready. Vila is also part of the evening as she moves from table to table making every guest feel like a regular. |
