V Fine Thai Dining Restaurant Review: Vila Jarrell and her husband-chef Redman are passionate about dining; they want guests to enjoy a full experience, which becomes apparent the moment you walk through the patio, decorated with Buddhas, murals and leafy plants. It’s also evident as you read the menu, with appetizers like the Crying Tiger salad, bright with mint and organic greens. Mussels are kissed with ginger, tomato and curry, while the barbecued ribs are dressed in a sweet, sticky sauce and served with sweet potato fries and curried corn. Vegetarians can delight in the spicy eggplant or avocado green curry. Vila has created a substantial wine list and the sommeliers will be happy to recommend a perfect pairing.
