A historic Victorian home with a view of the Santa Ynez Valley creates a pleasant dining scene for dishes that take advantage of fresh, local produce and an on-premises herb garden. Lunches feature a wide range of salads, light pasta selections like Florentine ravioli, and sandwiches, including a grilled chicken Brie sandwich with green apples and bacon. Dinner selections include Gabe’s salmon, served with spinach, tomato, red onion and fennel atop red potatoes, and butternut squash ravioli, presented with steamed veggies, grilled chicken and a rich Gorgonzola cream sauce. Gourmet pizzas are available anytime except at Sunday brunch. The wine list is largely composed of local selections from the Santa Ynez Valley and Central Coast; if you discover something new you like, why not take a drive to the winery and pick up a few bottles?
