Wasabi Restaurant Review:
Wasabi in Tysons Corner offers conveyor-belt sushi, and with its location on the open part of the ground floor, the eatery becomes a public space. Passersby can ogle you and your meal, as you deftly slide sushi and sashimi choices to your place as they zoom by. Some of the dishes are well crafted --- the spicy tuna roll, the dumplings, and the green tea mousse are worth the wait. You’ll be handed a menu, but in busy mealtimes, the wait is excruciatingly long, so your best bet is to snag something that tempts right off the conveyor belt. Dishes are priced by color-coded plates, and you may end up spending big bucks. At that rate, besides the entertainment factor, you might prefer heading to your favorite sushi bar where you have more control over what you eat.
