Watercolour Grillhouse Restaurant Review: With the same view but a new look and a new menu, Watercolour is now a grillhouse, and many of its dishes echo that shift. Steaks --- from filet mignon to T-bone, porterhouse and more --- are prepared on an infrared broiler at 1,600 degrees after being aged for 18 to 24 days. There are also numerous seafood options, from the somewhat standard salmon, mahi mahi and grouper, to lobster, oysters, shrimp and crab legs. The restaurant’s signature selection is lump crab cakes with julienne vegetables and a Key lime mustard. Some of the preparations are quite creative, like the grilled salmon B.A.T. (maple pepper bacon, avocado, tomato and salsa verde). Among the desserts are Milk & Cookies and the Krispy Kreme bread pudding.
