THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Wildflower Grille Restaurant Review: Executive chef Miguel Morales, one of the best chefs in the Coachella Valley, has been at Rancho Las Palmas Marriott Resort for many years and oversees the menu with aplomb. His specialties include seared ahi on a crisp potato cake with roasted eggplant, green beans, Moroccan spiced tomato and pistachio vinaigrette; and shellfish risotto with lobster, calamari, rock shrimp, mussels and scallops in a tomato sauce mixed with saffron. The imaginative desserts are decorated with spun sugar. A comprehensive wine list features premium selections from California, Italy and Spain. The room's ambience attractively blends Californian and Mediterranean styles.
