THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Wok & Roll Restaurant Review: Any doubts that chef Michael Choi is the most accomplished Chinese chef on South Beach can be dispelled with a mere taste of his delicate dumplings, which can be ordered à la carte or as part of an always-available dim sum plate. And thats just a start---garlic pork, scallops sautéed in vinegar sauce, and, of course, the more common dishes like spring rolls, lo mein, and General Tsos chicken are all prepared in light, fresh, and delicious fashion at this trendy Chinese eatery. You can watch your foods get wokked and rolled in the open kitchen, follow the plates as the skilled and doting waitstaff bring it to your table, and then, well, you can take it from there. Or take it out from there, as the case may be. They deliver, too.
