Dining options are plentiful, with eight unique experiences including The Breakers’ flagship restaurant, which offers two distinct dining experiences: L'Escalier and its sibling, Brasserie L’Escalier. Both bear the heritage of classic French restaurants, but interpret that tradition in two different ways. Guests feast on fresh, seasonal ingredients prepared in a theater-style kitchen, and choose from 1,600 bottles in the restaurant's wine collection.

In The Ocean Golf and Tennis Clubhouse you will find The Flagler Steakhouse, with panoramic views and USDA-prime-grade meats served up daily at lunch and dinner. The Seafood Bar is on the oceanfront and features aquarium bars with fresh, seasonal catch. The resort’s off-site restaurant, Echo, situated only a few minutes from The Breakers hotel in the heart of Palm Beach, features four distinct cuisines of Asia, spotlighting the aromatic and flavorful specialties of China, Japan, Thailand and Vietnam. The family-friendly Italian Restaurant serves home-style, casual Italian fare, with an a la carte menu of pizzas baked in a wood burning oven, home-made pastas, grilled specialties and antipastos. Other dining choices include daily breakfast and the resort’s famous Sunday Brunch in The Circle, lunch in The Beach Club Restaurant and The Ocean Grill, and cocktails, appetizers, caviar or afternoon tea in The Tapestry Bar, adjacent to L’Escalier.
Work off your dining efforts on two 18-hole championship golf courses (The Breakers Ocean Course and The Breakers Rees Jones® Course) or on ten tennis courts, in five swimming pools, or in the ocean itself with a variety of water sports. A less-strenuous activity would be browsing through the on-site retail boutiques: The Shops at The Breakers. Requiring hardly any activity at all is The Spa at The Breakers, offering 20,000 square feet of space. Treatments incorporate sea and citrus ingredients indigenous to Florida, and the facility claims to be the only free-standing spa outside of Paris with the Guerlain Institut de Beauté facial. There are seventeen treatment rooms, and the spa also features beauty and salon services and a fitness center.
Perhaps the only thing more soothing than the spa is basking in the sun by one of The Beach Club's five pools or on the beach. The Mediterranean-style Beach Club features magnificent ocean vistas reminiscent of a panoramic island escape. Guests can secure their private seaside escape by renting one of twenty Luxury Beach Bungalows or ten Grand Cabanas for the day. All units feature a flat-screen TV, living room style furnishings, patio with umbrella and cushioned chaise lounge chairs, showers and free WiFi access. Beach Bungalows also include a full bathroom and an open-sky shower. Guests can take advantage of the discreet, pampered service of a bungalow or cabanas’s personal concierge, who fulfills all requests and ensures preferences are expeditiously met…from dinner reservations, spa appointments and special activities, to food and beverage service, or even babysitters.
