I think we are all looking forward to this long Independence Day celebration weekend, so we can relax….

If you are in Los Angeles, I suggest dropping by chef José Andrés’s restaurant The Bazaar at SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills, and sip an Ln2 Caipirinha. Besides drinking it, you will also enjoy its production. There’s a little show produced by the liquid nitrogen poured on the Brazilian cachaça and fresh lime.
