Vegan Chocolate Mousse Cake | Recipe

What do you prepare for dessert when you have plant-based diet guests for dinner? After a few minutes of thinking, I found the solution: chocolate and banana, two healthy ingredients. As you know they go very well together.

Below is the simplest and easiest 5-minute recipe that will wow your family and friends. (By the way, we ate the whole cake in fifteen minutes with my friend.)

> Tip: If you want a bigger cake, double the proportions.

Dandelion Ranch Flowers

240 gr./8.50 oz. banana
120 gr./4.25 oz. dark chocolate

– 18 cm/7 inch. rectangular cake mold
– parchment paper

> Tip: The better the chocolate, the better your vegan chocolate mousse cake will be.

• Mix the bananas in a blender.
• Melt the chocolate.
• Add the chocolate in the blender.
• Mix.
• Coat the mold with the parchment paper.
• Pour into the mold.
• Let it sit in the fridge overnight.

> Tip: You can keep it in the fridge for 3 to 4 days
