Aska's original incarnation closed in 2014, but chef Fredrik Berselius has revived his restaurant in a new Brooklyn location. His New Nordic cuisine adheres to all the "rules" of the genre: it's über seasonal, it emphasizes minimalism, and it can bring out an explosion of flavor from the dullest of root vegetables. Reservations are required in 24-seat dining room.
