Birba Restaurant Review:

About the restaurant: “Birba” roughly translates to “scoundrel” in Italian, but the clientele at this dining destination tends to be well-heeled and hungry. It’s nestled next to the breakfast and lunch venue Cheeky's and is owned by the same couple, and shares a street address and young and relaxed spirit.

Likes: The charcuterie plate and European vibe.
Dislikes: The wait (come early).

Food & Drinks: Birba is a cocktail bar and, while pizza is definitely its calling card, guests may also choose from pasta, salads and meaty dishes, like Nonna’s Meatballs and crispy pork belly. Pizzas are offered in flavor combinations that take this traditional dish to an entirely different level. Braised greens are slightly charred to provide some added smoke, while pear and Gorgonzola float atop the crust alongside Brussel sprouts and walnut pesto. Pair your pizza with a handcrafted cocktail or glass of wine. We recommend the butterscotch pudding for dessert.
