The Chop House Restaurant Review:
The chief draw of The Chop House is its aged, USDA Prime steaks. Those who don't care for red meat can order dishes like macadamia-crusted tilapia or char-grilled jumbo shrimp, but the specialty is clearly beef. Select from the filet mignon, the peppery steak au poivre, or the classic beef Wellington. If you're really hungry, you can fill up on a 22-ounce cowboy steak or a 24-ounce porterhouse. Starters include archetypical chophouse fare like jumbo shrimp cocktail, crab Louie and oysters Rockefeller. Top it all off with a full-bodied Cabernet; visit La Dolce Vita, the restaurant's adjoining dessert and pastry shop; or head downstairs to the restaurant's basement-level cigar lounge.
