Claudio Puglia oversees this smart and cozy restaurant in Levallois, which is subtly lit in the evening. Barocco offers the components which have contributed to Puglia’s success: a menu entirely focused on Italian produce. Pizzas such as the Barocco made with Fontina, rocket and marinated black truffles; the salmon cooked on one side and enhanced with basil pesto; and a Milanese scallop coated in bread crumbs are rather pricey but apt to satisfy the business patrons who frequent the restaurant.
