The bistro philosophy of this brasserie-style establishment is centered around the all-inclusive concept, beginning with the house apéritif, followed by an appetizer, the main course, dessert, coffee and a bottle of wine for two. Start with a twelve snail casserole, follow with a roast rack of lamb and finish with a rum baba. Diligent and courteous service. All-inclusive menu at €42. A godsend in the chic 7th arrondissement.
