It’s appropriate that chef Jason Harley is serving his French cuisine with healthy Japanese influences on the Hollywood Walk of Fame---he has cooked for his fair share of celebrities. "Chef J" offers crab cakes with jalapeño ponzu, spice-crusted Wild King salmon with shiso pesto and pumpkin-coconut sauce, and lemon fat-free cheesecake, as well as partner Pamela Anderson’s own vegetarian recipes. The modernistic look by Guerin Design also features a vodka aquarium bar, a French-Japanese sushi bar and a VIP chef’s table in the kitchen, where diners will be recorded for podcasts and webcasts.
