Snow cream, shaved from blocks crafted in flavors ranging from black sesame to brown sugar, is the specialty of this small West LA shop. Toffee crunch and lychee are only two of the toppings that can cap the mounded icy treat. Finish it all off with a drizzle of coconut purée or caramel.
