While a desert isn’t exactly the kind of landscape that equates with finding quality seafood, Bluefin, tucked in the back of an historic shopping plaza, offers oysters that are sourced daily from the Pacific Northwest and the Gulf of Mexico, served on the half shell or in oysters “Rockefeller.” Blue crab cakes are a house specialty, and if you’re craving a lobster roll, this is the place to go. A favorite entrée is the cashew-crusted Hawaiian fish, and meat lovers can enjoy a steak. Regardless of your choice, leave room for one of the desserts, all of which are made on-site.
