Cordon Bleu-trained chef Fernando Villagomez highlights the flavors of his native Michoacán and other regions of Mexico at Boca de Agua on Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Venice. The paletas (popsicles) and ice creams are made on-site and include flavors such as Cajeta (goat-milk caramel), Horchata (cinnamon rice milk), Pitaya (dragon fruit), Tamarindo (tamarind) and Zapote Negro (a chocolately fruit), as well as Mexican Vanilla, Coffee and Chocolate.
