Buxton Hall Barbecue Restaurant Review:
A duo of restaurant vets launched this barbecue spot in a historic building in Asheville’s South Slope. Eastern North Carolina-style wood-smoked ’cue, whole hog, comes in a sandwich and as plates with a griddled roll and sides (coleslaw, baby limas). Desserts are house-made. Beer, wine and a full bar are available.
