Formerly located on rue de Provence in the 9th, Chez Catherine moved to this more modern space in the 8th. The sleek bistro provides well-wrought classics based on excellent ingredients: tarragon scampi raviolis, duo of sweetbreads and foie gras with green asparagus, and chocolate fondant bonbon merit your close attention. Husband Frédéric tends the cellar of astutely selected growers' wines.
