Seafood doesn't get much fresher than at this Evanston restaurant. Choose your catch from the refrigerated case, or sidle up to the raw bar. Whether you opt for walleye piccata or skate wing from Rhode Island, you can bet it will taste just-plucked. Chances are, it's eco-minded, too. In season, tackle the soft-shell crabs, which are done in a number of creative ways, and watch for theme nights. And do get the Key lime pie for dessert; we highly recommend it.
